Designing this spacious one-story house, the team of the architectural studio A2Arch used only one material - concrete. The main hero in the space became the view from the panoramic windows - here only neutral colors, minimal finishing, simple and functional furniture. ✨Concevoir cette maison spacieuse d'un étage, l'équipe du studio d'architecture A2Arch n'a utilisé qu'un seul matériau - le béton. Le principal héros de l'espace est devenu la vue depuis les fenêtres panoramiques - ici seuls des couleurs neutres, une finition minimale, un mobilier simple et fonctionnel. In the heart of a bustling city, a unique private house is rising, a masterpiece of harmony and coherence. Its facade, a dance of brick and concrete, is an ode to minimalist design. The building's core and components like canopies are crafted from face concrete, a nod to urban robustness. The upper portion and the premises' boundaries flaunt an exquisite brickwork, specifically selected from Italy's S. Anselmo - Corso Terra range. They share a color palette with the concrete, creating a seamless visual flow. As the project barrels towards its estimated completion in spring 2024, the city awaits the unveiling of this architectural marvel.

Un steakhouse au Monténégro
Le bâtiment du restaurant est intégré dans le corps de la montagne, où l'intérieur devient un vide entre la partie inférieure de la pente et la masse de terre supérieure. Un mur de verre incurvé sépare l'espace intérieur de l'extérieur, formant un diorama de la région environnante. Une caractéristique particulière du site est le rocher qui fait saillie à la surface et que nous avons conservé dans sa forme originale.

Nous avons préservé la monumentalité et la tranquillité du site, en minimisant l'impact de la construction sur la nature. Ainsi, le bâtiment est devenu une extension organique de la topographie, créant un dialogue entre la roche, le béton et le verre.

Modern residential building🏰

The main part of this compact, modern apartment building is located in two monolithic two-story units. The space is connected to the living room, dining room, and terrace, with a lounge area and swimming pool. A spa block adjoins the main space. The travertine-clad facade is enhanced by wooden inserts framing the windows. A stone staircase with elegant brass railings leads to the main entrance.

These railings serve as a bright accent softening the monolithic image of the building. We used the same materials for the interior as we did for the exterior. These details, as well as the panoramic glazing and the combined concrete beam between the rooms and the terrace, meet one of the main goals: a seamless transition from interior to exterior.

The boundaries between the exterior and the interior are very conventional: the interior walls are lined with the same brick as the façade, with the fireplace being a common element for both spaces. The vast panoramic windows on either side of the fireplace can be extended to connect the living room and the terrace to the pool🫶

The house's central area is the living room. The dining room and kitchen showcase the beauty of the rooftop line. The kitchen area is designed to allow you to watch the kids and cook simultaneously. Instead of the back wall over the countertop, a window overlooks the children's room👶
