In 2027, we will host a hands-on training session dedicated to the complete replacement and optimisation of a grand piano action. 🇨🇭🎹
Participants will take measurements directly from the pianos, design the new action, and then install the new action stack—milled in advance, of course. They will then be able to play the instruments with their existing actions and compare them directly with the newly designed actions.

We plan to work on at least two pianos, possibly three, including a Swiss concert grand. So, places will be quite limited.
