📢 𝗩𝗔𝗧 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 – 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

Starting in 2025, significant adjustments to Swiss VAT regulations will come into effect, impacting various areas such as:

✅ 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Electronic platforms will be treated as taxable providers for all generated revenues.
✅ 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 – VAT declarations must be submitted via the ESTV ePortal. Paper submissions will no longer be accepted.
✅ 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 – New rules for services in culture, sports, and similar sectors.
✅ 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗔𝗧 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Companies with revenues under CHF 5 million can request an annual VAT period.
