Fear is a Natural Phenomenon which almost every individual struggle with!

So, if you have ever wondered how to tackle this feeling then I've got just the thing for you.

I will be sharing with you some tips on how you can overcome FEAR which did help my team and I.

👉The very first thing you need to do in order to overcome fear is to Acknowledge them. Acknowledging your fears gives you clarity of why they are there in the first place.

👉The next thing to do is Make a List of All Your Fears. It is almost impossible to overcome your fears if you don't put them down. Write it all down no matter how little or big they may be.

👉Go Over Them.It is very important to go through them to ensure that you don't leave anything out or missed out on any.

👉Ask Yourself Questions About Your Fears. This will help you uncover every tiny detail as to why you feel that way and seek out areas in life that have been affected negatively by them.

👉Make It Visible. When I say visible, I mean put them where you can be able to see them every single day. It will remind you that you have an obligation to it and it's your responsibility to change all that.

In a nutshell, all what you will write down will either be;

🔸Fear of Failure which of course the greatest lessons in life comes from failing and if you you're scared of failing then you don't bother starting

🔸Fear of Responsibility. You must be assume or take responsibility in whatever field of walk you find yourself in.

🔸The Fear of What People Might Say. Never pay attention to what people might say about you, give a deaf ear to them because their opinion do not count but yours alone.

At the end when you must have done all these things, you will then realize that FEAR is just an ILLUSION.

Fear is nothing more than just an illusion no matter the gravity of it. It's all in your mind and when you understand that you will overcome.

REDEFINING YOUR JOB AND YOUR WORK

Your JOB is not your WORK!

✅Most people can't seem to draw the curtain between their job and their work because they don't actually understand the implications that comes from picking up a job and their work.

✅It is almost impossible to live your dream from your job–WHY? because your job is what you were paid to do and your work is what your were born to do.

✅You have to understand these things to avoid the possibility of taking your job to be your work.

✅It is possible to have these options going so well on your side but in order to become successful you need your work not your job.

✅Distinguishing these two facts will mean that you can't trust your job because it is not permanent–so you need to find your work.

What is your JOB and WORK?

↘️Your job is your skill while your work is your gift. You learn a skill but you were born with your gift and nobody can take that away from you.

↘️You are unemployable with your gift whether or not you are fired from your job.
