Recently, with the bolt holes on the column base plates of the pipe rack modules precisely passing through the embedded bolts on the trestle, the first set of pipe rack modules of CNCEC-Chengda Indonesia CAA-1 420,000 MTPA caustic soda & 500,000 MTPA dichloroethane project (hereinafter referred to as the CAA-1 Project) has been successfully transported and placed in position.

On May 16 local time, a commendation ceremony was held at the site of CNCEC-CC2’s Angola Lobito Refinery Project (Phase I) to celebrate the 5 million incident-free man-hours milestone. Chinese and Angolan employees witnessed the critical moment together.
The project, which focuses on energy security, will increase the local supply of refined oil, drive industrialization and improve local livelihoods. During construction, the CNCEC-CC2 team followed strict safety protocols, enhanced the safety control system, and implemented site-specific practical measures to ensure work safety on overseas project.
