The surface material of modular cold rooms is stainless steel, embossed aluminum plate, color steel plate, insulation layer is internationally-used polyurethane rigid foamed (PU), thickness is 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, suitable for various industries. Easy to install, saving labor costs, material costs, and expanding or reducing the size of the cold storage as needed, and flexible construction.

Adhering to the strict Cold Room quality control for 15 years, our Cold Room Panel production process is mainly divided into the following important steps:
1.Sticking PE protective film to stainless steel panel to protect the Cold Room Panel after production and installation, keep it clean and new.
2.Stainless steel panel cutting. After the cold room size is accurately calculated by the automatic cutting device, the cutting, folding, processing and pressing are formed.
3.Cold room Panel mounting line molds. Precisely fixing the Stainless steel panel, camlock and force frame.
4.Cold Room Panel foaming. After fixing the Stainless steel panel and camlock, the production line is pre-molded and conveyed to the press, and the polyurethane two-component injection is automatically performed.
5.Cold Room Panel molding. The Cold Room Panel is fully vulcanized and foamed in a 100-ton press to make the density of the bubbles fine and dense.
6.After Cold Room Panel be finished,Our workshop ensure the smoothness.
7.Cold room pre-installation. In order to ensure that the Modular cold rooms can be installed smoothly after arrival, we will conduct a trial installation test at the factory.
8.Export packaging. In order to make each Cold Room Panel in the long-distance shipping, it will not be affected by the impact damage. We will cover the whole film and protect the corners at the end, and make special fixing in the cabinet.

Panels will be marked according to drawing and connected by cam locks, you just need to lock different panels together, then seal them with sealant to keep sealed.

1.What is the application of the cold room?
It will affect the temperature of cold room needed to be, and the choice of thickness of pu panel and material covered on panel.
2.What is the size of the cold room?
It will affect the choice of condensing unit and air cooler, basing on the cold room temperature.
3.Which country will the cold room be located in? How about the climate?
It will affect the choice of voltage and condenser, if the temperature is high all the year, we need to choose condenser with bigger evaporation area.

Features and advantages of Walk In Chiller Freezer Blast Freezer Room

1.Convex structure: Panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by cam- lock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints. There’s no need of rivets, thus reduce the cost and save the time.

2.Easier and faster installation,can be expended or removed in the future.

3.Perfect heat insulation: High density thermo insulated PUR foam up to 38kg/m³or above for perfect cold-room heat insulation efficiency.

4.Various surface steel choices: Color steel sheet/Stainless steel sheet/ Embossed aluminum sheet,The standard metal sheets are all smooth. Standard color of steel sheet is white-gray, others are natural metallic.

5.Low flammable: Low flammable PUR foam is used in the cold room panel, with fire retardant B2 grade.

CAM LOCK PANEL SYSTEM
For smaller to mid size coldrooms (max. approx. 40 m2) camlock panel systems can be supplied. These are prepared to the exact project-requirement and no cutting of panels is needed. A simple allen-key is sufficient to install and fix the panels. Openings for doors and modular refrigeration units can be foreseen. After reading the installation manual a normal construction or refrigeration team can install the box by themselves. Freezer room floors are placed on spacers so that airflow can prevent freezing of the subfloor.
