Our wayfinding scheme for has become a permanent fixture of life at the world-class institution. 

12 years on from our initial design, we recently rolled out the scheme into more LBS spaces at their Sussex Place campus in the refurbished Plowden Building and Houses.

Rodney Arde, Associate Director of Estates and Campus Services at LBS, said: “Our wayfinding scheme, designed by Benoy, has proven to be elegant and classic. It has superbly complemented our estate and continues to support the School’s objective of investing in our campuses to maintain our status as a leading global business school.”

The completion of the Wuhan Alibaba Center establishes Alibaba’s second-largest headquarters campus and introduces a new mixed-use model to Wuhan’s Xudong business district.
 
The 450,000 m² development integrates dual office towers with the city’s first MixC shopping centre, landscaped terraces and extensive rooftop public space.
 
Since the opening of the first phase, the Wuhan Alibaba Center has welcomed 1.2 million visitors in its first year, creating new employment opportunities and strengthening Alibaba’s presence in central China.
 
Lead architect Qin Pang said: ‘The design of the Wuhan Alibaba Centre breaks down boundaries between office and commercial functions. In addition to the two super-high-rise office towers and the Qincheng MixC commercial podium, we have created the iconic suspended Alibaba HUB. This podium turns the entire complex into a more cohesive, organic and vibrant whole.’

The completion of the Wuhan Alibaba Center establishes .com_official second-largest headquarters campus and introduces a new mixed-use model to Wuhan’s Xudong business district.

Graceful living, rooted in nature, light and wellbeing.

🦚 Conscient Elaira is a new residential development in Gurugram, India, that harmoniously blends community with nature. Featuring a beautiful three-dimensional, multi-level garden and landscape design inspired by India’s national bird, the peacock, as well as 268 spacious three-bedroom apartments. 

🦚 The project has recently launched Phase 1 and will shortly be commencing Phase 2. We are delivering the concept , , and design, and look forward to seeing these elegant new homes come to life.

Once upon a time, car-dependent sprawl isolated residents in West Cairo, Egypt.
🌳This will not be the case in Vye New Zayed, West Cairo. We’re transforming the area’s urban landscape into a benchmark example of community living where everyone feels connected.
🌳We’re creating a network of green spaces where people will converge. Shaded walkways, cycle routes, community garden and parks will invite intergenerational exchanges in the outdoors.
🌳Climate-responsive planting with native, drought-tolerant species will create cooler microclimates while reducing water use and the strategic placement of public amenities at the heart of each zone will ensure everyone feels catered for.

Green Tower is rising!

The structure for our award-winning Green Tower for in Riyadh, KSA, is beginning to take shape on King Salman Road. 

Inspired by the city’s ambition to become a green oasis, the design will weave a continuous ribbon of green space up through the tower, connecting the building to its urban landscape and capturing the panoramic city views. 

The Green Tower will present a new kind of workplace for Riyadh as it uses people-focused design principles to promote wellbeing and biophilia in the heart of the city. We’re looking forward to topping out and bringing the flourishing tower to life.
