Brand-new technical animation from BRICTEC clay brick production line project!

The core highlight of this animation is the full, detailed masonry construction workflow of the drying chamber.

The animation visually demonstrates every construction step: ground leveling and fixing the main support frame, multi-layer laying of thermal insulation materials to reduce heat loss. The inner wall adopts high temperature resistant refractory blocks for staggered joint masonry, with professional expansion gaps reserved between wall sections to withstand frequent temperature changes during drying operation. After all masonry procedures, a full air tightness test is implemented for the whole chamber to stop hot air escape and deliver uniform, stable drying effect for all clay blanks.
