En Casita Duo, la integración de las áreas sociales, la cocina y el dormitorio permite aprovechar cada metro cuadrado de forma eficiente sin sacrificar confort. La ausencia de divisiones innecesarias favorece la entrada de luz natural, mejora la circulación del aire y genera una sensación de amplitud que supera las dimensiones reales del espacio.
La conexión visual entre los distintos ambientes crea una experiencia más flexible y funcional, adaptada a una forma de habitar sencilla y cercana al entorno.

En Casa del Parque, materiales como el bambú y la madera aportan textura, calidez y una conexión más auténtica con el entorno. Además de su valor estético, estos materiales renovables ayudan a reducir la huella ambiental del proyecto y permiten que la arquitectura dialogue de forma natural con el paisaje.
Las rejillas de bambú filtran la luz, favorecen la ventilación y generan privacidad sin perder apertura hacia el exterior. Una muestra de cómo los materiales adecuados pueden mejorar tanto la experiencia espacial como el desempeño bioclimático de una vivienda.

Casa Floresta nace de una premisa simple: adaptar la arquitectura al paisaje existente. Desde la implantación hasta la volumetría, cada decisión buscó preservar la mayor cantidad posible de vegetación, permitiendo que la vivienda se integre naturalmente bajo el dosel del bosque.
Al conservar los árboles existentes, se protege la biodiversidad, se mejora el confort térmico y se mantiene el carácter único del lugar. Una estrategia que demuestra que el desarrollo y la conservación pueden coexistir cuando el diseño parte del respeto por el entorno.

Casa Floresta was conceived around a simple idea: adapt the architecture to the existing landscape. From siting to massing, every decision was made to preserve as much vegetation as possible, allowing the home to blend naturally beneath the forest canopy.
By protecting existing trees, the project supports biodiversity, improves thermal comfort, and preserves the unique character of the site. A reminder that development and conservation can coexist when design begins with respect for the environment.
