Indo Avellanas

Tucked beneath a canopy of mature tropical hardwoods in Avellanas, Costa Rica, Indo Avellanas is a collection of six boutique villas designed to balance privacy, calm, and a close connection to nature. Every space opens effortlessly to private terraces, plunge pools, and the surrounding landscape, creating an architecture that feels immersed in its setting rather than placed upon it.

The villas combine lightweight steel construction with locally sourced teak, allowing the development to tread lightly while preserving the site's existing mature trees. Natural materials, filtered light, and carefully framed views create spaces that feel warm, timeless, and deeply connected to place.

Casa Milagros in Nosara is a tropical architectural oasis of calm. Featuring recycled ocean-plastic roof tiles, natural stone wall cladding, continuous running water features and exposed timber structures, the house also includes complete bespoke joinery packages, carefully selected floors and tiles. We thoroughly enjoyed serving as the architectural team for this unique home design.

Sharing a sneak peek of Casa Milagros in Nosara. Recycled ocean plastic roof tiles, natural stone wall cladding, continuous running water features, exposed timber structures, complete bespoke joinery packages, integrated gardens, it is very exciting to see this unique home completed. This peaceful tropical home has taken many queues from traditional tropical architecture that have been reimagined for this project.

Casa B, Ventanas, Playa Grande, nearly complete and looking amazing, bespoke furniture started arriving this week and landscaping will commence the next. It is such a nice moment to visit happy clients in their new home on a sunny Sunday morning.
