Combining of a backpropagation neural network to simulate coordinate system transformation (translation, rotation, scaling, and Euler angles) as the conventional linear models (Helmert transformations) are not efficient in handling complex distortions. Divides data automatically into test and training sets, trains model with early stopping in target error, with parameter adjustment to optimize performance, and breaks linear constraints through machine learning (with a neural network with backpropagation fitting the relationship between coordinates of two sets with different coordinate systems, highlighting adaptation to nonlinear distortions).

Mathematical Models

Neural Network
Made up of input, hidden, and output layers. Uses sigmoid activation function to provide nonlinearity, with backpropagation of errors utilized to update weights and regularization used to prevent overfitting. Trains to convert input coordinates to output differences so that nonlinear, complex relations can be modeled.
Data Normalization
Input data is normalized before training to the range -1 to 1 for increased stability. Denormalization is done after prediction to produce original values.
Influence Matrix
Used to calculate the measure of influence of all points with the model and impact on model parameters.

The ETRF_ITRF program is a C # console application designed for the transformation of Cartesian coordinates between various realizations of the International Terrestrial Reference System (ITRS) and the European Terrestrial Reference System 89 (ETRS89), including epoch adjustment. The tool supports transformations between ETRF89, ETRF90, ETRF91, ETRF92, ETRF93, ETRF94, ETRF96, ETRF97, ETRF2000, ETRF2005, ETRF2014, ETRF2020, as well as ITRF88, ITRF89, ITRF90, ITRF91, ITRF92, ITRF93, ITRF94, ITRF96, ITRF97, ITRF2000, ITRF2005, ITRF2008, ITRF2014, and ITRF2020. The application accounts for translations, rotations, scale factors, and their time derivatives, ensuring accuracy across different epochs. The software includes a user-friendly interface for entering coordinates and velocities, with epoch propagation to track dynamic changes, and it has been validated against the EPN GNSS transformation tool. This implementation enables precise geodetic computations for researchers and professionals in the field of geospatial sciences.

Obogacen detaljnim statistickim izlazima — ukljucujuci standardne devijacije po komponentama, minimalne/maksimalne promene, ukupne apsolutne promene, metrike po satelitu, histograme i korelacije — program pruza sveobuhvatne uvide u efekte transformacije, cineci ga neprocenjivim za geoprostornu analizu i obradu GNSS podataka.

Implementira funkcije poput primene plimskih, orbitalnih i jonosferskih korekcija, interpolacije podataka na regularnu mrežu, zaglađivanja podataka, analize trendova i FFT analize za otkrivanje periodičnih signala. RINEX Simulator je softverski alat namenjen generisanju fajlova u formatu Receiver Independent Exchange Format (RINEX) za aplikacije Globalnog sistema za navigaciju satelitima (GNSS), ukljucujuci GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou i QZSS. Koristeci podatke iz navigacionih fajlova, simulator izracunava pozicije satelita, brzine i pseudoudaljenosti, ukljucujuci realne efekte poput gravitacionih perturbacija, rotacije Zemlje i suma signala. Program koristi numericke metode integracije, ukljucujuci algoritam Runge-Kutta 4 (RK4) za propagaciju GLONASS orbita, i omogucava prilagodjavanje pozicije prijemnika i vremena posmatranja. Pruza korisnicki interfejs za konfigurisanje parametara mreze, poput tezinskih jedinica, koeficijenata refrakcije i faktora varijanse, takodje podrzava vise mernih jedinica (metri, stope, stepeni) i razlicite tipove posmatranja, ukljucujuci visinske razlike, horizontalne i prostorne udaljenosti, horizontalne pravce, zenitne uglove i horizontalne uglove. Prilagodjavanje metodom najmanjih kvadrata vrsi se generisuci izlazne datoteke kao i HTML izvestaje za vizuelizaciju rezultata. Nova verzija 1.1.1.0 omogucava dvodimenzionalni prikaz pomeranja reflektora po polozaju i visinskoj komponenti.
Nova verzija 1.1.1.0 omogucava 3D prikaz svakog reflektora ponaosob, pomeraji reflektora po vremenu (datumima).
Nova verzija 1.1.1.0 omogucava kreiranje jedinstvenog fajla sa svim statistickim parametrima o svakom reflektoru ponaosob.

Ova aplikacija, predstavlja jednostavan alat za vizuelizaciju i analizu geoprostornog podatka dobijenog iz merenja pozicija reflektora. Omogucava ucitavanje i obradu podataka iz fajlova koji sadrze vremenski oznacene koordinate (X, Y, Z), grupisane prema pojedinim reflektorima, cime se olaksava detaljna analiza prostornih i vremenskih varijacija. Aplikacija pruza visestruke metode vizuelizacije, ukljucujuci vektorske dijagrame, grafike pomjeranja, kruzne mape i distorzione mape, koje omogucavaju intuitivan prikaz promena polozaja i distorzija u prostoru i vremenu. Implementirane funkcionalnosti obuhvataju statisticku analizu podataka, ukljucujuci izracunavanje osnovnih statistickih parametara (srednja vrijednost, varijansa, asimetrija, spljostenost), kao i alfa-numericki histogram distribucija. Pored toga, primenjena je metoda najmanjih kvadrata za identifikaciju linearnih i kvadratnih trendova u intenzitetu pomjeranja, koordinata i uglova, uz proracun koeficijenata determinacije (R²) za ocenu kvaliteta modela. Interaktivni elementi omogucavaju korisniku dinamicko istrazivanje podataka, ukljucujuci prikaz detalja o merenjima (npr. magnitude pomjeranja, uglovi, vremenski podaci) putem grafickog interfejsa. Aplikacija je prilagodjena potrebama precizne analize geoprostornog podataka i pracenje kretanja reflektorskih tacaka u vremenu.
