The concept of stratigraphy is all about what came first in the sequence of events in the past - and it can be difficult to figure out sometimes! Here’s a great example from two of our trenches…

On Fridays, the whole team gathers after a busy week and one member from each trench presents their findings.

It gives us an opportunity to come together, sharing insights, finds, questions, some answers, and many laughs!

I wonder what will be shared in the Trench Talks tomorrow 🤔

At Palloures, our incredibly hard working team spends most of their time in one of five trenches. But while we often have our heads (and arms, and legs) covered in dirt, we don’t want to make like an ostrich and bury our heads only in our main trench assignment. 👀🐣
So on Friday’s, we get to share the story of the week with one another, trench by trench!
Theatrical, informative and a great way to bring the team together, these ‘trench talks’ mark the end of each week in style. 👏🎤
