Her zemin kat konutun kendine ait bahçesi, her birinci kat konutun da kendine ait çatı terası kurgulanmıştır. Kullanıcının toprak ve peyzaj ile ilişkilenme ya da manzara ile ilişkilenme tercihine göre mutlaka bir açık alan yaşantı opsiyonu olacaktır. Arazideki kot farkı ve daire birimleri arası boşluklar her bir terasa kesintisiz bir deniz ve dağ manzarası sunmaktadır.

Each ground floor residence has its own garden, and each first floor residence has its own roof terrace. Depending on the user's preference to associate with the soil and landscape or not to associate with the landscape, there will definitely be an open space living option. The level differences of the grounds and the spaces between the apartment units offer an uninterrupted sea and mountain view to each terrace.

“AQUALINA”

Girne, Karşıyaka’da denize hakim bir tepenin üzerinde konumlanan Aqualina, denize ve doğaya bir övgü olarak tasarlanmıştır. Kentsel tasarım yapılırken bölgenin ilk mekan örgütlenmeleri olan megaronlar ve antik tapınaklardan esinlenilerek konut blokları deniz cephesi açık bir avlu oluşturacak şekilde tasarlanmış ve deniz manzarası avlunun içerisine alınmıştır. Bloklarla tanımlanan bu avlu kademeli şekilde spor alanları, restoran, havuzlar, etkinlik alanlarını barındırır ve bu sayede her mekan deniz ile ilişki kurar.

Located on a hill overlooking the sea in Karşıyaka, Girne, Aqualina is designed as a tribute to the sea and nature. Inspired by the megarons and ancient temples in the region, the residential blocks are designed to create an open courtyard facing the sea. This courtyard, defined by the blocks, gradually accommodates sports areas, restaurants, pools, and event spaces, allowing each space to establish a connection with the sea.

Villa N’nin arazisi Beşparmak Dağları'nın eteklerinde yer almakta olup Girne ve Akdeniz'e bakan muhteşem bir manzaraya sahiptir. Müşterinin Anadolu'nun geleneksel Mardin evlerine olan hayranlığı mimari konseptin gelişmesinde başrol oynadı. Villa, Mardin geleneksel evlerine benzer şekilde, kuzeydeki caddeden mahremiyet sağlayan bir kütle görevi görecek şekilde tasarlandı. Öte yandan bu kütle, kuzey yönüne doğru manzarayı ve yeşil alanı destekleyen açık ve yarı açık avlularla tamamen şeffaf hale geliyor…

The site of the Villa N is located on the foothills of Beşparmak Mountains with a gorgeous view looking to the Kyrenia and the Mediterranean Sea. The client's fascination to the traditional Mardin houses of Anatolia had a leading role on the development of the architectural concept. Similar to Mardin traditional houses the villa is designed to act like a mass providing privacy from the street to the north. On the other hand, this mass becomes completely transparent with open and semi-open courtyards promoting the view and the green area to the northern direction…

"MEDITERRA"

MEDITERRA projesinin hedeflediği doğa ile bütünleşmiş, sade yaşantıya uygun olarak iç mekanlarda yalın bir dil kullanılmıştır. Yansıtıcı yüzeylerden ve metalik soğuk detaylardan özellikle kaçılmış bunun yerinde mat, dokusu ile öne çıkan, ahşap ve toprak tonlarında malzemeler seçilmiş ve bu malzemeler sade beyaz yüzyler ile dengelenmiştir. Bu sayede sakin ve huzurlu mekanlar oluşturulmuştur.

The MEDITERRA project aims to create a harmonious connection with nature and uses a minimalist approach in the interior spaces that is suitable for a simple lifestyle. Reflective surfaces and metallic cold details are deliberately avoided, and instead, materials with a matte texture, such as wood and earth tones, are chosen and balanced with plain white surfaces. In this way, calm and peaceful places were created.
