Thoughtfully designed to meet a variety of lifestyle needs, Sparadon the Six features two semi-detached twin houses and two exclusive detached villas, ranging from budget-friendly options to higher-segment private villas.

With a modern and contemporary architectural approach, the project creates a seamless connection between indoor living spaces and outdoor leisure areas. Swimming pools, relaxation zones, and shared living spaces blend together to deliver a true holiday-inspired living experience.

We are delighted to provide architectural design services for Sparadon Investment, bringing to life a spacious, functional, and resort-style residential concept in the heart of Çatalköy.

Construction is planned to begin this year, marking the beginning of Sparadon the Six as a distinctive nee residential destination.

Dünyada yaşanan savaşlar, özellikle masum insanların hayatını kaybettiği acı olaylar ve doğal afetler, mimarlık ve mühendisliğin insan yaşamındaki hayati rolünü açıkça ortaya koymaktadır.
Bu gerçekler karşısında; güvenli, sürdürülebilir ve nitelikli mekânlar üretmenin yanı sıra, mimarlığın bilimsel, toplumsal ve vicdani bir sorumluluk alanı olduğunun bilinciyle hareket ediyoruz.
Mal sahiplerini bilinçlendiren, yaşam kalitesini önceleyen bir anlayışla üretmek bizim için bir tercih değil, mesleki bir zorunluluktur.
2025 yılında uluslararası platformlarda elde ettiğimiz başarılar, yalnızca projelerimizin değil; düşünce biçimimizin, disiplinimizin ve vizyonumuzun da karşılık bulduğunu göstermiştir.
Bu başarıyı bir sonuç değil, daha büyük sorumlulukların başlangıcı olarak görüyoruz.
2026 yılında da; mimarlık, şehircilik ve yapı teknolojilerindeki gelişmeleri yakından izleyerek, uluslararası ölçekte üretmeye, öğrenmeye ve gelişmeye devam edeceğiz.Ancak biliyoruz ki mimarlığın niteliği, yalnızca bireysel çabalarla değil; meslek örgütleri, akademi ve uygulayıcıların birlikte hareket ettiği bütüncül bir anlayışla yükselir.Günlük sorunlara geçici çözümler üretmek yerine;
daha geniş bir perspektifle, geleceği inşa edecek yasal, yapısal ve etik düzenlemelerin hayata geçirilmesi gerekmektedir.
Ancak bu sayede; mimarlığın toplumsal karşılığı güçlenebilir,
“kalite”, süreklilik ve güven esaslı bir meslek ortamı oluşabilir.
Bizim için her proje; yalnızca bir yapı değil, bir yaşamın parçası, bir hikâyenin mekânsal karşılığıdır.

Introducing Vista House — a signature concept villa designed by Simzer Kaya Architects in Bellapais, Kyrenia, Cyprus.
Conceived between 2025–2026 as a 398m² contemporary residence and planned for construction in 2026, this project reflects my architectural vision of refined modern living, crafted through a reinforced concrete structural system and a strong connection to its landscape.

As the project’s lead designer, I shaped Vista House with an emphasis on privacy, spatial elegance, and seamless indoor–outdoor integration. Complementing my design direction, technical drawings were developed by Mobina Shafiei, while modeling and rendering were executed by Abel Enabunene Odion.

The villa features a basement + two-storey configuration centered around a dramatic double-height living and dining space oriented toward the horizon. Sea-facing pool terraces, secluded outdoor lounges, and an open-air cinema terrace reinforce the home’s experiential atmosphere. Each en-suite bedroom and carefully curated exterior space contributes to a lifestyle defined by comfort, light, and architectural sophistication.

Vista House stands as an expression of my design approach—balancing sculptural form, framed views, and immersive outdoor living to redefine contemporary life in Bellapais.

I am deeply honored that our Coldwell Banker Maximum Headquarters project has been awarded the Platinum Award in the Architecture, Commercial & Retail Architecture, Concept/Professional category at the International Architecture and Design Awards 2025.First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Coldwell Banker Maximum family, especially Aylin Pelin Onar, Seçkin Onar, and Murat Erdoğan,for trusting us in this prestigious project and believing in our talent, expertise, and innovative approach.By integrating values such as transparency and sustainability into the architecture, we aimed to create an open,collaborative, and highly functional workspace despite challenging zoning regulations and a limited site.Except for the main staircase core and entrance, the entire structure was designed as a steel-frame system supported by only four columns. This allowed for spacious, uninterrupted,flexible interiors within the constrained site.This project is not only a headquarters but also a strong architectural expression of Coldwell Banker Maximum’s vision.I extend my sincere gratitude to the Architecture & Design Community (ADC) for organizing the International Architecture & Design Awards (IADA) and promoting architectural excellence globally. I am honoured to be awarded the silver and bronze awards in the Home and Residential Building Design and Individual Housing Concept / Professional Category of International Architecture & Design Awards 2024. I would like to thank my team Amir Dehnad , Mobina Shafiei and Aliyu Umar Maigari for their great work ethics, discipline and diligence.
