A strong architectural element on the main facade of the four-storey apartment building draws a contemporary language. The vertical forms together with greenery were wisely considered to create privacy and some nature taste for each apartment.

Its "U" shape allows all living functions to overlook the garden, connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces in a blink. The traditional stone together with the oak finishes exudes a traditional Cyprus language.

Set around a central garden, the U-shaped plan draws every living function outward, dissolving the line between interior and landscape. Traditional stone and oak finishes root the home in Cypriot vernacular, lending it a quiet, grounded warmth.

A former mansion reimagined as a hotel. The design seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, respecting the building's residential history while introducing a material palette and spatial logic suited to modern hospitality. The result is a home-like, comprehensive accommodation experience that retains its aesthetic and contextual value.
