Cyprus University of Technology (TEΠΑK) - School of Marine Sciences, Technology and Sustainable Development

We have recently completed the tender stage for the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) School of Marine Sciences, Technology and Sustainable Development in Larnaca. The project is now fast approaching the construction stage.

As DMA Architects-Engineers, we are proud to be leading the design development of a project that will become an important educational and research hub for Larnaca and Cyprus.

A project centred around the sea, science, innovation and sustainable development.

Ολοκληρώσαμε πρόσφατα το στάδιο προσφορών για τη Σχολή Θαλάσσιων Επιστημών, Τεχνολογίας και Βιώσιμης Ανάπτυξης του Τεχνολογικού Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου (ΤΕΠΑΚ) στη Λάρνακα. Το έργο πλησιάζει πλέον στην έναρξη της κατασκευαστικής του φάσης.

Ως DMA Architects-Engineers, είμαστε ιδιαίτερα περήφανοι που ηγούμαστε της μελέτης και συντονισμού ενός έργου που θα αποτελέσει σημαντικό εκπαιδευτικό και ερευνητικό κόμβο για τη Λάρνακα και την Κύπρο.

Ένα έργο με επίκεντρο τη θάλασσα, την επιστήμη, την καινοτομία και τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη.

Χθες, 21/07/2026, η Λάρνακα έκανε ένα σημαντικό βήμα προς το μέλλον με την υπογραφή της σύμβασης κατασκευής για το νέο Δημοτικό Μέγαρο, που θα στεγαστεί στο ιστορικό κτήριο του παλιού νοσοκομείου.

Στην τελετή είχαμε την τιμή να παρουσιάσουμε τη μελέτη μας και το αρχιτεκτονικό όραμα του έργου. Ανυπομονούμε να δούμε αυτό το εμβληματικό κτήριο να αποκτά νέα ζωή, συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στο μέλλον της πόλης μας.

Yesterday, 21 July 2026, Larnaca took an important step towards the future with the signing of the construction contract for the new Municipal Hall, which will be housed in the historic former General Hospital building.

It was an honour for us to present our design and the architectural vision behind this landmark project during the signing ceremony.

We look forward to seeing this iconic building brought back to life, preserving its heritage while creating a modern civic hub that will make a meaningful contribution to the future of our city.

We are proud to have secured planning permission for this innovative project — an important step in further establishing Larnaca and Cyprus as an innovation hub in the aviation industry globally.

Cyprus aviation firm UAMCO has received Urban Planning Authority approval for an aircraft engine test cell in Aradippou, the first of its kind in the EMEAA region.

Ο Δήμος Λάρνακας προκηρύσσει διαγωνισμό για εργολάβο για την ανέγερση νέου κτιρίου της Σχολής Θαλάσσιων Επιστημών, Τεχνολογίας και Βιώσιμης Ανάπτυξης του Τεχνολογικού Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου στη Λάρνακα (Αρ. Διαγ.: 42/2026) με εκτιμώμενη αξία €11.950.000.
