Preserving history. Engineering the future.
Designed by JK Lab Architects, Exness Kolla in Limassol is a remarkable transformation of one of the city’s historic industrial buildings into a modern corporate headquarters.
To support the project’s acoustic and architectural vision, Urban Noise Control supplied and installed more than 1,000 m² of M-System Linear 24 mm, creating a ceiling system that delivers performance without compromising the building’s heritage.
Unlike conventional ceiling systems, M-System Linear 24 mm integrates architecture, acoustics and building services into one seamless solution.
Why architects specify M-System Linear:
✔️ Class A acoustic absorption
✔️ Up to 15 dB sound reduction between enclosed offices
✔️ Manufactured from sustainable recycled PET
✔️ Excellent fire safety performance
✔️ Fully openable and serviceable ceiling system
✔️ Seamless integration with HVAC, lighting, sprinklers and MEP services
✔️ Custom colours, layouts and dimensions
By reducing reverberation and improving speech intelligibility, M-System Linear creates quieter, healthier and more productive workspaces while maintaining a clean architectural aesthetic.
Projects like Exness Kolla demonstrate how acoustic design can complement heritage architecture without compromise.
Congratulations to JK Lab Architects for delivering such an exceptional renovation and thank you for trusting Urban Noise Control to be part of this landmark project.
