Architecture defined by what is carved away. This project frames modern living through clean lines and deep architectural recesses.

The facade is articulated by a series of repeating balconies wrapped in dark vertical screens, offering solar protection while framing panoramic views. Rich, warm lighting offsets the cool, monochromatic concrete tones, grounding the structure in its natural, leafy environment.

It is a deliberate composition where privacy, structural weight, and natural light coexist seamlessly.

Breaking away from standard residential blocks, this design embraces the elegance of sweeping, continuous lines and architectural weight.

The building’s presence is defined by massive, sculpted concrete ribbons that frame each level, carved out at the corners with soft, radiused cutouts.

This creates deep, protective terraces lined with rich wood under-claddings, shifting the perspective from cold urban geometry to a more sculptural, organic form.

By balancing vertical glazing with sprawling horizontal planters and greenery, the structure achieves a bold yet contextual street presence that challenges typical apartment facades.

Characterized by striking, curvaceous white balconies that blend seamlessly with rich, warm wood cladding, the building strikes a perfect balance between organic warmth and elegant minimalism.

Frameless glass balustrades maximize natural light and open views, while the thoughtful interplay of embossed concrete and clean geometric forms creates a sophisticated architectural identity that elevates the local streetscape.
