Located in Aphrodite Hills Resort, this residence simplifies the design, creating a bright, open space.

New rectangular volumes contrast with the original structure, while large openings frame views of the sunset, pool, and lush landscape.

From outdated imitation to elevated simplicity - Villa 242 has been completely reimagined.

Located in the heart of Aphrodite Hills, this home was once burdened by unnecessary ornamentation. Our approach? Strip it back, open it up, and let the light do the talking 🌿🌅

We preserved the original shell, but reshaped its spirit. Clean volumes extend the villa, adding new functions - a guest suite, a private office, and a refreshed entrance - all designed to frame views, capture sunsets, and blur the line between inside and out.

Natural textures, earthy tones, and thoughtful geometry bring a quiet sophistication. It’s now a home that feels calm, honest, and timeless - a true retreat.

"A bold interplay of geometry, light, and function—this residence redefines contemporary Mediterranean living.

Three intersecting prismatic volumes shape circulation and dissolve boundaries between interior and exterior. The ground floor, designed for seamless flow, opens to the veranda and garden through expansive glass, enhancing the connection with nature.

Above, the elongated first-floor volume offers a private retreat with three bedrooms, an office, and a sculptural curved staircase—a striking contrast to the home's clean geometry.

Crafted from stone, timber, white plaster, and glass, the residence comes to life through the ever-changing dance of light and shadow, creating an atmosphere of elegance and timelessness."

The concept is defined by a “fluctuating fluidity”, while organic straps crest the shell & core. The strips are articulated to provide extra elegance to the shell, creating transitional shines with sunlight. The building, intentionally differentiates itself from the surrounding, while outstandingly declares its presence. The final result is a dynamic and elegant pearl.
