Construction is progressing at Paramount, our mixed-use development in the heart of Paphos.
Bringing together residences and a three-storey headquarters, the project is defined by flowing horizontal lines and curved forms, softening its volume and creating a distinctive architectural identity.
As part of AYK’s ongoing involvement throughout the construction process, today’s site visit focused on the coordination and installation of key structural steel elements, working closely with the structural engineer and the contractor’s site team.
As the project moves further into construction, the relationship between architecture, structure and ex*****on becomes increasingly tangible — with each detail carefully coordinated on site to translate the design into built form.
