In the evenings, Paphos takes on the same warm, amber hue that has been casting its glow on the water and the city’s ancient walls for thousands of years. We watched this light for a long time... until the name EMBER was born.

This city doesn’t need grand architectural gestures. It loves precision. Proportions. Respect for its own rhythm. These principles became the foundation of the project.

🏗 Construction Progress Update
Our projects continue to move forward on schedule. Here’s the latest from the construction sites:

VERNO, Kapsalos
• 4 concrete floors completed, roof works in progress.
• Masonry works started in both buildings.
• Mechanical first-fix and gypsum partition works progressing simultaneously.
• Orders placed for lifts, aluminium doors & windows, and pool equipment.
• Tenders for finishing materials and photovoltaic panels completed.

GATEWAY, Mesa Geitonia
• Residential building: first-floor concrete slab works in progress.
• Office building: underground parking completed, ground-floor slab under construction.
• Masonry works to commence next week alongside concrete works.
• Main equipment suppliers being finalized. KONE lifts are already in production.
