A complex Altbau renovation where nothing was straightforward.
We cleared over 20 tons of construction waste, opened hidden spaces, installed completely new electrical and plumbing systems, and modernized the heating while keeping the character of the building alive.

Original wooden floors were restored, all walls and ceilings rebuilt, and the old windows and doors refurbished.
A challenging project, but the result is a modern, functional living space with authentic Altbau charm.
