Great article on why we are "better off taking a more incremental approach to transformation over time." While we feel the pressure for , the best transformation, the one that sticks, is often implemented over time with a good deal of time spent on thinking through the business model and implementing strategically.

Personality of Digital Transformation Number 4: Tech-reluctant. Some people just don't like change - technological or otherwise - and don't trust tech and value their privacy. They are limited users and if they you have something useful they may need to verify you are a "real" company! If you convince them, they are loyal loyal loyal...because they don't like change ;-)

We recently shared an article about the four personalities of digital transformation and number 3 was . They are usually the older demographic, aware of the tech but like to measure how useful it is first. But if they love it, they are loyal! Just be wary that if the digital service is not efficient and does not save them time or money - i.e. add real value! - then they are likely to fall on the wayside. They still like to interact with human beings but if you can make your offline-online interaction consistent - you win.
