Contracta – Size matters

Als wir die Anfrage erhielten, einen 10 Meter langen Tisch mit Leder zu beziehen, war Skepsis da. 🧐 Ein so großer Tisch und nur 4 Platten und keine Nähte erlaubt? 🙈
2,75 m x 1,30 m Zuschnittsgröße – und das gleich zweimal. Kann das gehen?

Herausforderung?! … Angenommen! 🤝

Wir haben uns in der Umsetzung für unseren neuen Lagerartikel Contracta entscheiden: große Häute (7 qm), große Zuschnitte, maximale Fläche.
Wenn andere sagen, Zuschnittsgrößen von 2,75 x 1,30 m sind nicht machbar,
zeigen wir, wie es doch geht!

Durch die moderne, gleichmäßige Prägung fügen sich Rückenlinie und Hals harmonisch ins Gesamtbild ein.
So entsteht eine Fläche die klar, ruhig und kompromisslos hochwertig wirkt.

Es gibt Lösungen, mit denen man sich wirklich abheben kann.

Manchmal kommt es eben doch auf die Größe an. 😎

Contracta – Size Matters

When we received the request to upholster a 10-meter-long table with leather, we were skeptical. 🧐A table that big, and only 4 panels and no stitch allowed? 🙈
2.75 m x 1.30 m cut size – and that, twice. Is that even possible?

Challenge?! … Accepted! 🤝

For the implementation, we decided to use our new stock item Contracta: large hides (7 sqm), large cut pieces, maximum surface area.
When others say cut sizes of 2.75 x 1.30 m are unfeasible,
we show how it can be done!

Thanks to the modern, uniform embossing, the dorsal line and neck blend harmoniously into the overall look.
This creates a surface that appears clean, calm, and uncompromisingly high-quality.

There are solutions that really let you stand out.

Sometimes, size really matters. 😎

Damit stehen ab sofort 10 unterschiedliche Ledertypen mit insgesamt mehr als 300 (!) Farben zur Auswahl.

Wir erreichen LWG Gold-Status!

Nach unserer erfolgreichen Erstzertifizierung mit Silber im Jahr 2023 haben wir nun die LWG-Rezertifizierung 2025 mit dem Gold-Status abgeschlossen. Dieses Ergebnis bestätigt, dass wir in allen relevanten Bereichen — von Umweltmanagement, Abwasser- und Chemikalienkontrolle über Energieeffizienz, Abfallmanagement bis hin zu Arbeitsschutz und Rückverfolgbarkeit — den höchsten Standards der Leather Working Group entsprechen.

Wir sehen das Gold-Rating als Ansporn, unsere Prozesse nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln und unsere Verantwortung gegenüber Umwelt und Gesellschaft täglich neu zu leben.

We achieves LWG Gold status!

Following our successful initial certification with Silver in 2023, we have now completed the LWG recertification for 2025 with Gold status. This result confirms that we meet the highest standards of the Leather Working Group in all relevant areas—from environmental management, wastewater and chemical control, energy efficiency, and waste management to occupational safety and traceability.

We see the Gold rating as an incentive to continue developing our processes in a sustainable manner and to live up to our responsibility toward the environment and society every day.
