Sooo 2yrs ago on the 21st it was 12 degrees and snow EVERYwhere, but this is being petty bcuz travel is limited, but the sun has been out everyday 🤦‍♂️😅 Welp, gotta make the best of it I guess •

Here’s my ahhwesome CMU class learning about dynamics in choreo. Everything that has a dope beat and cool movement isn’t Hip-Hop, it could just be dope choreo, and that’s what this is. I’m so sorry to every student that didn’t get to fully explore everything my class has to offer along with ALL of the other classes at CMU. Please know this isn’t fun for us teachers and educators either; I know many like myself love being with you guys. I know it’s hard, but we have to be cautious and lay low, so we can get back to some sort of normalcy; if there even is such a thing. I’ll be issuing some fun assignments online starting Monday, but for now here’s my class’s first shot at dynamics. Not too bad if I do say so myself 🎩🙌•

Got to see this superhero do GOAT things today with the other superheroes on her team...Absolutely love being in the crowd. Last year we brought you windmills and an elbow stand to finish. This year I had to up it a bit. You’ve never seen someone perform to no sound and LAND on the drop while hitting a triple. But that’s not all, D was the first to have hand hops in a floor routine, including the Olympics 👌...So if I see them in any gymnastic routines from now on I better see Because you know where you saw them first 😉 but for real, the Goal is to impact lives, Have fun, and do the dopest things ever. Hit me up if you want to take those routines to the next level 🙏🎩🙌 •

Watching and seeing how intricate Kobe was in not just giving GiGi opportunities, BUT immersing himself; coaching, traveling, guiding, and keeping her with him is why I’m gonna get my ass up and not just crawl into a corner for the rest of today. I don’t have kids but I have youth and young adults counting on me to hold up my end and help them with their ahhwesome like I said I would. So if I’m suppose to work with you today, I WILL BE THERE.
