Quick heat-safety refresher for the military community: sip cool water often — before you're thirsty — and skip sugary or alcoholic drinks that dehydrate you. Watch for heat illness: temp 103°F+, heavy sweating, fast/weak pulse, headache, nausea, dizziness, or confusion. If you see it, get to shade or AC and cool down fast. Kids, older adults, and anyone with a chronic condition are most at risk — check on them. 💪
