Building for Tomorrow
A sustainable project is taking shape in Munich's west. Spanning 18,000sqm, this bulding is designed to be climate-positive, energy-efficient, and CO2-neutral. With natural ventilation and a blend of offices, hotels, retail spaces, apartments, educational facilities, and industry, it aims to generate more energy than it consumes. Modular structure enables decentralized energy supply, while timber hybrid construction and integrated photovoltaics ensure efficient energy balance.

Last Friday, we were delighted to welcome Christopher Saller, co-founder of Images AG , to our office here in Munich. It was a pleasure to finally meet him in person, despite having collaborated remotely on numerous projects in the past.
Christopher's visit added a personal touch to our professional relationship, and we thoroughly enjoyed sharing a fondue together, which he graciously brought along.
We extend our heartfelt thanks for his visit and look forward to further collaboration with Nightnurse in the future.

A Seamless Blend of Industrial and Modern Design in Munich's South. OSA's innovative six-story project along the historic Isartal railway line preserves the charm of brick stations, seamlessly integrating brick, concrete, and metal. With 30,000 sqm of S-shaped brilliance, the building features recessed terraced floors, metal and glass bridges, and open workspaces. Five service cores grant access to the dynamic structure, while a thoughtfully designed staircase fosters social interaction among users.
