Projekt Hashtag
Mehr und mehr Menschen wohnen in den großen Städten. Als Reaktion auf den Wohnungsdruck, aber auch als Ausgleich zu den Vorzügen der Stadt, wird der ländliche Raum um die Großstädte herum zunehmend attraktiv. Beim Haus D wünschten sich die Bauleute eine Ergänzung zu ihrer eher kleinen Wohnung in Berlin. Das Haus ist ein Ort für Arbeit, Erholung, Party, die Begegnung mit und Beherbergung von Freund*innen und vor allem viel gutem Essen. Der Bezug zu Garten und Natur spielte bei diesem Projekt eine wesentliche Rolle. Der ökologische Neubau fügt sich mit seiner Dachform in die Architektur des "Bestandsdorfes" und mit seiner Verschalung aus heimischer Lärche in den von Nadelbäumen geprägten Wald ein.
Project Haus D
More and more people are living in the big cities. In response to housing pressure, but also as a counterbalance to the advantages of the city, the rural areas around major cities are becoming increasingly attractive. With House D, the clients wanted an addition to their rather small apartment in Berlin. The house is a place for work, relaxation, partying, meeting and hosting friends and, above all, lots of good food. The connection to the garden and nature played a key role in this project. This ecological new build blends into the architectural character of the "existing village" with its roof shape and integrates harmoniously into the pine forest with its cladding made from local larch wood.
