🌙 Precision – From Dusk Till Dawn

Every project brings its own challenges. Sometimes, achieving the required precision means not only using the right expertise and equipment but also choosing the right time to work.

During a recent project at a shipyard, our team was tasked with measuring and machining a fl**ge. Due to the high daytime temperatures, reliable measurement and precise machining under stable conditions would have been difficult. We therefore adapted our schedule and moved the work into the cooler night-time hours.

While the shipyard gradually became quieter and darkness set in, our team continued working through the night – from the initial measurements to the precise machining of the fl**ge. A perfect example of flexibility, careful planning, and dedication to achieving the best possible result, regardless of the conditions or the time of day.

🌅 Precision – From Sunrise to Sunset

Every project tells its own story. Sometimes, it's not only about precision and expertise but also about the moments that remind us why we enjoy what we do.

Yesterday, while carrying out a flatness measurement for one of our customers, we were treated to a spectacular sunset. As the sky turned from blue to brilliant shades of orange and red, our work continued with the same precision and dedication that every project deserves.

Shortly afterwards, our equipment was carefully lifted on board, ready for the next step of the project. A perfect example of teamwork, careful planning, and safe ex*****on – all set against an unforgettable evening sky.

🧱 High Strength & Speed: Epocast® F

EPOCAST F is a two-component resin system enriched with high-grade fillers. It is designed for use wherever there is a need to join different components and ensure a permanently flexible seal.
Low heat production during the curing process, even for high chocking applications. Smooth and pore-free surfaces are some of the outstanding features of this product.

Great to see how practical challenges in the field can be turned into efficient, long-term solutions.

Recently, was approached by a customer experiencing alignment issues. Upon Alignment inspection, a clear case of Soft-Foot was identified, a common but critical problem that can lead to vibration, premature wear, and even equipment failure if not properly addressed.

Instead of applying temporary fixes, our team opted for a durable and precise solution using RotaChock.

Within a short timeframe:
• After taken GAP height and bolt size, the correct RotaChock was selected
• RotaChock units from our stock were delivered on-site
• Installation and alignment were carried out efficiently

The result: a perfectly aligned machine, elimination of the soft foot condition, and a solid, reliable mounting solution for long-term operation.

A great example of how the right combination of expertise and technology can minimize downtime and maximize performance.

❗ Misalignment: The Silent Production Killer
Even minor misalignment can cause major issues: vibration, heat, wear, energy loss.
Our preventive alignment services identify and fix root causes before damage occurs.

Alignment via laser is performed using modern laser technology and software.

The lasers are mounted, for example, on the input fl**ge of the gearbox and flywheel of the engine. The software determines the angular offset and radial deviation. With this data, precise alignment can be guaranteed.

🟢 When Precision Matters: Epocast 36-P

With Epocast 36-P, we handle installations where pourability and long working time are essential.
The trowelable 2-component epoxy paste is used wherever a free-floating grout cannot be used (e.g. inclined planes, vertical filling surfaces or even upside down). EPOCAST 36-P has good adhesive properties even at extremely low temperatures and can be heavily loaded. Perfect for tight spaces, uneven surfaces, and large baseplates – backed by our technical experience.
