Proud to showcase our fully wooden house project, developed in collaboration with the French company North Bear, specialists in high-quality wooden houses across France. For this project, we developed the construction/architectural project, interior design, and landscape vision, creating a harmonious living environment that celebrates natural materials, thoughtful spatial planning, and timeless exterior and interior aesthetics.

Hello everyone, and happy New Year!
Wishing you a year full of inspiration, growth, and exciting new beginnings ✨

It’s been a little while since our last post, but behind the scenes we’ve been working intensively on new projects—and it finally feels like the right moment to start sharing them.

We’d like to begin with a very special and somewhat unconventional project that explored digital hand drawing within architectural visualisation. The brief was to take an existing logo of a construction surveillance company and reinterpret it as a full-scale architectural 2D drawing, to be used as the main background element for their new website.

The initial concept was a dark composition with white, sketch-like lines. During the process, however, we decided to experiment with a lighter version as well. To our surprise, this alternative direction resonated just as strongly—with both the client and myself (Dalia, the author of the project). After careful consideration, we chose to embrace both outcomes and integrate them into the website, allowing users to switch between the light and dark versions based on their preference.

After many hours spent refining design decisions—balancing drawing, composition, and text—we’re happy to finally share a fully functional website that is now live and accessible to everyone:

This project was certainly challenging, but it was also deeply rewarding. It pushed us to explore new visual approaches and gave me the opportunity to reconnect with a skill that had been dormant for quite some time: hand drawing.

🇬🇧 We’re excited to present our renders for a modular housing project in the suburban town of Schwarzrindersee, Germany. The project was commissioned by HGB-Mobilheime, a well-established company specializing in modular housing construction since 2014 offering their business in both Germany and Lithuania. It was a true pleasure to collaborate with such kind and creative people, and we look forward to working together again in the future!

Projektą užsakė HGB-Mobilheime – gerai žinoma vokiečių įmonė, nuo 2014 m. sėkmingai besispecializuojanti modulinių namelių statyboje tiek Vokietijoje, tiek Lietuvoje. Buvo tikras malonumas bendradarbiauti su tokiais maloniais ir kūrybingais žmonėmis. Nekantraujame dirbti kartu ir ateityje!

Il progetto è stato commissionato da HGB-Mobilheime, un’azienda ben affermata, specializzata nella costruzione di case modulari dal 2014 e attiva sia in Germania che in Lituania. È stato un vero piacere collaborare con persone così gentili e creative, e non vediamo l’ora di lavorare di nuovo insieme in futuro!

🇬🇧 Our studio also offers 3D floor plans, which serve as a bridge between a simple plan drawing and visualization. When showcasing a large-scale development, photorealistic renderings alone are often not enough to fully convey the building’s design – 3D floor plans provide that extra layer of clarity. They can be an excellent addition to a comprehensive project presentation.

Such models can be used in architecture, design, real estate, and engineering development.

🇱🇹 Kita mūsų siūloma paslauga – tai 3D pastatų planų vaizdai, kurie lyg sujungia paprastą brėžinį ir vizualizaciją. Pristatant didelio masto projektus, kad būtų aiškiai perteiktas pastato dizainas, vien fotorealistinių vizualizacijų dažnai nepakanka – 3D planai suteikia papildomą aiškumo sluoksnį. Jie gali būti puikus papildymas išsamiam projekto pristatymui.

Šie modeliai gali būti naudojami architektūroje, dizaine, nekilnojamajame turte ir inžinerinėje statyboje.

🇮🇹 Offriamo anche planimetrie 3D, che fungono da ponte tra un semplice disegno planimetrico e la visualizzazione. Quando si presenta un progetto su larga scala, i rendering fotorealistici da soli spesso non sono sufficienti a trasmettere appieno il design dell'edificio: le planimetrie 3D forniscono quel livello di chiarezza in più. Possono essere un'eccellente aggiunta a una presentazione completa del progetto.

Questi modelli possono essere utilizzati in ambito architettonico, di design, immobiliare e ingegneristico.
