This is the latest batch of Merlin McFly TDC (Top Dead Center) tool to check the head clearance of all engines that come with a turbo glow plug. The digital indicator has an accuracy up to 0.01mm to make your measurement quick and accurate.

(N)ever thought about how we can assure attractive prices for our customers even with low volumes?

Well, because we got some nice automation implemented in our machines!

Here you can see the machined shaft for motorsports applications getting moved over by the secondary (right) spindle. After this the part is picked up by a gripper with 3D printed gripper fingers.
Why 3D printed?
Because it's cheap, fast and they do what they're supposed to.

The lower turret carries over the part to the parts catcher, that opens and closes automatically within the program.

Hey guys, check out our "Twin Turning Line No.10"

With 2x12 tools in two turrets (all tools can be used as live (driven) tools as well including a sub spindle for back side machining too, this machine is a BEAST.

Here you can see very first prototype parts for a medical healthcare customer. As in the first parts we check for collisions and problems, the feeds and speed are way less than later in bulk production.

Here comes our CNC machined rear hydraulic disc brake system for Piaggio ZIP 10" rims.
It was not easy to bring everything together in such a small brake caliper so that it took us a couple of optimising loops.

The brake system features a fully in-house CNC machined brake caliper made from finest 7075 alloy. It claws into a 138mm ventilated light weight disc made from a special steel that is used in "big motorsports" as well. The disc is attached to our rim which is stiffened with 3mm carbon braces to give maximum rigidity in combination of minimum weight. The rim itself is a purchased branded by from German shop
