At Egmont, the canteen was designed with both people and process in mind.⁠

By rethinking the kitchen layout and circulation, we created an efficient flow that supports the daily operation of serving up to 450 guests within a 2½-hour lunch period. ⁠
At the same time, the space was carefully planned to encourage connection, offering a welcoming environment where colleagues can gather, share a meal, or spend time together throughout the day.⁠

Café Ingrid, a new gathering place in the heart of Gl. Skagen.

Set within the historic Strandhotellet at Ruths Hotel, Co.Designstudio was part of the team bringing Café Ingrid to life, creating an intimate space with a strong and distinctive identity.

A contemporary take on the traditional merchant’s shop, defined by a signature blue that gives Café Ingrid its own recognisable identity within the iconic surroundings of Gl. Skagen.
