🤖 Our production and procurement teams recently participated in a fun and practical training session at EUC Syd. They explored new technologies and AI tools, learning how to use them for everything from problem-solving to creating new products.

👏We appreciate the team for their hard work and enthusiasm! This hands-on experience was a great way to learn new skills and get creative.

👍We're also very grateful to our teacher Ivan H. M. Jensen for leading this great training.

🤝 This week, we welcomed guests from Sønderborg VækstrådVækstråd.

⚙️ The meeting was focused on building and developing a successful service organization, and it was an excellent opportunity for Nicklas Valentin Christiansen and Per Schmidt to share Banke's experience on the subject.

🚌 The meeting concluded with a tour of our production facilities, during which guests learned about converting diesel heavy-duty vehicles to electrical power.

🕵‍♀️ We are seeking a talented accountant to join our team and handle various daily and periodic accounting tasks, including payroll. This 25-30 hours per week position allows you to choose your preferred day off each week.

🗓️ Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, process payroll, contribute to period-end closing activities, assist with financial reporting, improve and streamline accounting processes, and collaborate with colleagues on knowledge sharing and problem-solving.

📇 Qualifications:
Accounting degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong understanding of debit/credit and general accounting principles, experience with Navision (ideally Business Central), proficiency in Excel, excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written) in Danish, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Vi søger en ny kollega til vores applikationsteam. Du kommer til at arbejde med opgaver indenfor Bankes samlede produktsortiment af tekniske systemer. Dog med primær fokus på driveline systemer. Vi søger en tekniker som kan være med til at lave commissioning på konverterede el-busser. Derudover vil der være opgaver i fhgt. test af prototyper og nye systemer, herunder systemer til renovations- og kranløsninger.

🏭 Our production facility buzzed last week with a film crew capturing footage for EUC Syd new International Automatic Technician program. This innovative education combines theoretical learning with hands-on experience – precisely the training companies like us value.

📚 We're especially proud of our member Mathias Jensen, who's currently on the same course but in Danish. We can't wait to see him put his new skills to work in January!
