طريقة عمله:-

وظيفة سفتى ريليه (Safety Relay) الأساسية هي حماية الأفراد والآلات ذات الأعمال الخطرة من خلال مراقبة دوائر السلامة وإيقاف الماكينات تلقائيًا عند حدوث خلل أو تجاوز منطقة الخطر.

حيث يقوم هذا الريليه بإيقاف الآلة عند تفعيل حساسات مثل أو أو

ويمنع إعادة التشغيل إلا بعد التحقق من سبب الإيقاف وإعادة ضبط النظام يدويًا

It is a safety and protection device used to protect electrical circuits from any system or machinery problems. No automatic control panel is without this device, especially one connected to a PLC and HMI screens.

How it Works:

The primary function of a safety relay is to protect personnel and machines involved in hazardous operations by monitoring safety circuits and automatically shutting down machines when a fault occurs or the danger zone is exceeded. This relay stops the machine when sensors such as emergency buttons, light barriers, or end-of-trip switches are activated.

It prevents restarting until the cause of the shutdown is verified and the system is manually reset.
