I will be offering my heirloom seedlings this Saturday at the Solano Bistro Feria, also showcasing my special salsa, which focuses on health rather than heat. The ingredients: organic heirloom tomatoes (pomodoro type), white onion, sweet red pepper, garlic, lime juice (fresh), vinegar (this batch Ponti Pinot Grigio), panela (organic unprocessed cane sugar), Creole seasoning blend (Tony Chachere's), salt (always a rare natural salt; this batch uses "Sal en Grano Ahumada" from Cusco, Peru.
