It is strangely hypnotic to watch the full cycle of a Bio Mobitek plant - starting with a perfect burn, moving through the heart of the boiler house, and finishing with the silo being topped up. Functional engineering that looks as good as it works.

This Bio Mobitek 5.5 MW heat exchanger (tested at 30 bar; operating temperature: 160–180°C) is built for high-efficiency industrial biomass systems and features our patented design.Weight 25 tons.

🛠️ What it does
* Keeps heat transfer efficiency high
* Reduces fouling inside heat exchanger tubes
* Eliminates frequent shutdowns for manual cleaning
