We're Hiring a Sales Account Manager
Location: Our Cairo Branch, Nasr City
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to act as a point of contact with our potential clients, answer their queries and maintain a positive relationship to increase client satisfaction.
Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients' needs while representing our service. Ultimately, you will contribute to building a profitable relationship with our clients to reach our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Make a successful first call with our potential clients with a process explanation over the phone to schedule a meeting.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with our clients.
• Providing support to customers.
• Giving accurate information to clients and ensuring that they are satisfied.
• Make a successful face-to-face meeting by walking into the details of the process sequence within a professional presentation.
• Suggesting the company's products or services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Communicating effectively with clients/managers.
• Coordinating with executives on plans.
Requirements:
• Having strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professionalism at its highest.
• Good time-management skills.
• MS Office skills.
