Job description:
- Mainly works for sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to referral partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process
- Handle all customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor data quality and ensure the proper transaction.
- Control and follow up all communication channels.
- Maintain and follow up customer relationships to strengthen company operations.
- Implementation of high-quality CRM services Follow-up sales and daily CRM procedures.
- Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints reports to management.
- Ensure constant engagement & a strong relationship with customers.
- Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication skills
High persuasion skills
High negotiation skills
Very Good in English
Excellent command with Microsoft Office (Excel - Word)
