1-BIM Mechanical Engineer (H-VAC) (Job Code: ME-001)
Job Description: -
• Preparing design development and construction documents drawings
• The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, educational, industrial and healthcare-related projects
• Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks etc.
• Aware of all BIM standard
• Prepare shop drawings and coordination Drawings and all project engineering documents.
• Prepare technical calculations for HVAC systems.
• Prepare BOQs for all required materials for the project.
Job Requirements: -
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
• Design and shop drawing of HVAC system experience are required
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and at least 2 years in shop drawings
• Overall, 5-6 years of experience.
• AutoCAD, MEP, Revit is a MUST.
• Excellent command of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office
• Very good command of English
2-BIM Mechanical Engineer (Fire Fighting and Plumbing) (Job Code : ME-002)
Job Description: -
• Preparing design development and construction documents drawings
• The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, educational, industrial and healthcare-related projects
• Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks etc.
• Aware of all BIM standard
• Prepare shop drawings and coordination Drawings and all project engineering documents.
• Prepare technical calculations for firefighting and plumbing systems.
• Prepare BOQs for all required materials for the project.
Job Requirements: -
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
• Design and shop drawing of Fire Fighting and Plumbing system experience are required
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and at least 2 years in shop drawings
• Overall, 5-6 years of experience.
• AutoCAD, MEP, Revit is a MUST.
• Excellent command of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office
• Very good command of English
3-BIM Electrical Engineer (Job Code: EL-001)
Job Description: -
• Preparing design development and construction documents drawings
• The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, educational, industrial and healthcare-related projects
• Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks etc.
• Aware of all BIM standard
• Prepare shop drawings and coordination Drawings and all project engineering documents.
• Prepare technical calculations for electrical and low current systems.
• Prepare BOQs for all required materials for the project.
Job Requirements: -
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and at least 2 years in shop drawings
• Overall, 5-6 years of experience.
• AutoCAD, MEP, Revit is a MUST.
• Excellent command of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office
• Very good command of English
Important note : Candidates shall indicate in experience section of CV ( type of project (CAD/Revit) and (Design/Shop drawings)
Sellery starts from 10,000 Egp to 15,000 Egp
