Job Requirements:
1. Min 5 years of experience in the same position.
2. Very good computer skills. (Microsoft Office)
3. Strong Knowledge of the industry and market conditions.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and focus on the projects needs to coordinate it within time schedule.
2. Create and update supplier’s data base.
3. Issue RFQ & Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines & evaluate supplier quotes.
4. Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods.
5. Create purchase orders and record them with supply requests and orders.
6. Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered (quality check).
7. Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive.
8. Attend meetings with the Finance & legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favorable to the company / Negotiate contracts.
