الخرسانة القوية تبدأ من المحطة.. وتكتمل بالتعامل الصحيح في الموقع
حتى لو استلمت أفضل خلطة خرسانية من سامميكس، الأخطاء البسيطة أثناء الصب ممكن تفقدك جزء كبير من قوتها:
إضافة الماء في الموقع لتسهيل الصب: يقلل مقاومة الخرسانة بشكل كبير ويسبب الشروخ. (إذا محتاج تشغيلية أعلى، بلغنا ونوفر لك إضافات مخصصة).
الإهمال في الهز (Vibration): عدم استخدام هزاز الخرسانة بشكل صحيح يترك فراغات هواية ( التعشيش ) ويثقل البناء.
التأخر في المعالجة بالمياه (Curing): يبدأ رش المياه مباشرة بعد الشك الابتدائي لضمان اكتمال التفاعل الكيميائي.

Strong concrete starts from the station.. It is completed with correct handling on site
Even if you receive the best concrete mix from Sammix, simple mistakes during pouring can cause you to lose a large part of its strength:
Adding water on site to facilitate pouring reduces the resistance of concrete and causes cracks. (If you need higher operationality, contact us and we will provide you with custom add-ons.)
Negligence in shaking (Vibration): Failure to use the concrete vi****or properly leaves hollow voids (nesting) and weighs down the construction.
Delay in water treatment (Curing): Water spraying begins immediately after initial suspicion to ensure the chemical reaction is complete.
