Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer / Site Superintendent.
Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage contractors and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications.

MEP coordination and drawing review
Material submittals & approvals
Technical support to site teams
As-built drawings & variation orders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Architecture
Experience in finishing projects
AutoCAD & Excel (Revit is a plus)
Strong technical office & QS background

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (fresh grads welcome – construction experience is a plus)
Good command of accounting software & Excel
Ability to visit sites & deal with suppliers and warehouses
High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Follow up on material prices & handle purchasing processes
Coordinate with warehouse for stock movement & inventory checks
Prepare reconciliations for sites, projects & custody accounts
Must be located near the workplace
