Site Admin

We are seeking to hire a Site Administrator to join our team at Jozoor Landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate recording of check-in and check-out times.
• Track and review overtime hours.
• Prepare periodic attendance and overtime reports.
• Supply necessary information to management to assist in their decision-making process.
• Ensure adherence to policies and labor laws.
• Verify the ex*****on of regular maintenance activities and ensure the site is well-maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, work hours, and leave.
• Handle site team issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in administration or any relevant discipline.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil , MEP, or Architecture Engineering.
10 - 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Adequate experience in infrastructure and landscape projects is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
