Al Alamia for Rockwool (ROCKAL) The Factory named "Al Alamia for Rockwool" company with a Trade name "ROCKAL" . ROCKAL Rockwool materials are totally friendly to the enviroment.

In 2003, Al Alamia initiated a new Factory for production of ROCKWOOL materials (Blankets, Panels, Pipes & Loose) from Basaltic raw materials, covering the total area of 30000 tones per year with highly advanced technology. They are used for Thermal, Acoustical and fire protection insulation with applications in the building sector, industrials sector, ship building and in Agriculture applications

. ROCKAL Products are composed of mineral Rock fibres, processed from volcanic basaltic Rocks. Fibres are bonded together with thermosetting binder wich are giving flexibility and resilience to the products, ROCKAL products are complying with ASTM C-553-92 Type VII
