With a remarkable experience in Steel factories construction, -6 executed steel plants by SIAC- our landmark in Suez is Suez Steel Plant.
Turnkey design & build of a steel plant. Works include civil works, finishing works and electro-mechanical installations for steel casting plant to produce steel billets.
The project includes also the construction of the plant electrical substation and infrastructure networks.

SIAC Construction is proud of its projects in the Power sector.
We are honored to participate in power sector projects since the early 90’s due to our vision that infrastructure projects are the main key of development & growth for Egypt.
Our landmark in October City is "October Power Plant Expansion" 600MW turning the current simple-cycle plant into a combined cycle plant.
The scope of works included complete civil works for the expansion of an existing power plant. The expansion included the conversion of the power plant from simple to combined cycle by adding new 4 units with a total capacity of 600MW.
The scope of works also included steel structure er****on works, finishing works and MEP works.
Moreover, SIAC was pleased to meet the client targets in the project while honored with the appreciation certificate received from Ansaldo Energia for working five million hours with zero harm/lost time incidents!
Achieving targets is essential yet it should be always safety comes first!

Turnkey construction of flour mill & grain silos of 75,000 tons in capacity. Works included civil works, finishing works & MEP works.
Later on, SIAC was awarded the extension of turnkey construction of 2 new mills [total capacity included above], fodder store, warehouse buildings & electricity buildings.
Scope included civil works, finishing works, MEP works, infrastructure & road works.

We are honored with our project in New Capital “The National Center for Martyrs Families & Injured”.
The project was turnkey construction of a medical & recreation city combining 16 buildings.
SIAC's scope of works includes all civil, architectural finishing, MEP, infrastructure and landscape works.
The total built-up area is 50,000 m2.
The project combines a hospital of 100 beds capacity, rehabilitation and physiotherapy center, habilitation treatment building, hotel, mosque, restaurants, recreation areas and the premises of the council.
