❓✨ Do you think our phones have become our closest companions? Or are they just a distraction? I’d love to hear your thoughts 💬

🪑 The gardener sits, absorbed, on a beautiful, characterful chair—taking a break not with coffee ☕ or conversation 🗣️, but by watching his phone 📱. His posture is relaxed, yet his gaze is intense. That quiet moment of digital immersion says so much.

🧠 This painting is part of my Paradox series, where each figure is caught in a moment of deep connection… with their device. I wanted to capture the kind of attention we often give our screens—more than we give to each other 🤳❤️. The chair’s shape and the small details around him add warmth and tension to the scene.

💗 Dear Friends, It’s me👩‍🎨 with my dear friend Christine, Hannah, Dusty and others 🐎

😍 plus two delightful extras we’re calling Doggy 🐶 and Horsy 🐴 since they’ve kept their real names a mystery 😄.

💗 We had such a lovely moment together, and I captured it all in this video 📹 — make sure to watch until the very end for some sweet photos!

💗 I’m happy to share a little summer refresh project with you! I recently repainted the sign for my friend Christine’s bistro — originally painted with Hannah in 2021.

💗After years of sunshine, storms, and even a cheeky nibble from a horse 🐴, it needed a little love.

So I gave it a fresh coat and brought it back to life.
