Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of architecture with 5:7 years of experience in technical office
Computer proficiency:
Sketch up, photoshop, 3D MAX, Revit & Corona, AutoCAD
Lumion is preferable
Will be responsible for the design and development process from concept to working drawings to create visually compelling and interactive data visualization solutions.

Senior Landscape Planning & Design Engineer to join our design team.
Minimum 10 years if experience

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of landscape projects, from initial conceptualization to the preparation of detailed technical documentation and cost estimation.

​Key Responsibilities
​Conceptual & Detailed Design:
- Develop innovative landscape concepts integrating softscape (planting plans) and hardscape elements.
- ​Technical Drafting: Prepare comprehensive drawings including:
-​Grading and ground level plans.
-​Lighting layouts and electrical point placement.
-​Water features (lakes, fountains, and swimming pools) with full mechanical and structural details.
-​Fixed and mobile site furniture and foundations.
- ​Sections & Details: Create precise architectural sections and construction details for all landscape components.
- ​Estimation & Documentation: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and comprehensive cost estimations across all related disciplines.
- ​Working Drawings: Finalize full "Issued for Construction" (IFC) packages for the general site.

Proficiency in creating detailed working drawings and technical documentation.
Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
