Maksimir Stadium & Svetice Sports and Recreation Centre
A new City Sports Park for ,

We looked back to Maksimir Park's beginnings, when the stadium's terrace was a grassy hill ringed by woodland.

Our proposal brings that spirit back. The new 35,000-seat Maksimir Stadium and the Svetice sports facilities are treated as part of the landscape, set into the park's forest and meadows instead of standing apart from them.

The result is more than a match-day venue. It's a public park where all of Zagreb can play, walk and relax, 365 days a year.
