النهاردة سمعت كلمة من عميلة هونت عليا شغل الاسبوع كله. بعد ما خلصنا التصميم وبنرتب مراحل التنفيذ لقيتها بتقولي " قبل ما تقولي اي حاجة عايزة اشكرك ان الفريق بتاعك كله استجاب لكل طلباتي وبجد شكرا".. انا طبعا مش فاكرة امتى اخر مرة سمعت عميل بيقول شكرا على مجرد التصميم... يعني ممكن نكون خلصنا تصميم وعيدناه مليون مرة ووقت التنفيذ يفتكر او ميفتكرش يقول حاجة كده... احنا كده كده شغالين سواء قالوا او مقالوش بس قد ايه بتفرق لما حد يقدر مجهود ناس بتشتغل عشان تلبي طلباته مهما كانت صعبة... والكلمة الحلوة معدية يعني لما اتقالي كده شكرت المسؤولة عن المشروع.. واكيد هي برده كده كده بتشتغل ومش مستنية الكلمة بس الكلمة بتفرق.. والكلمة ببلاش، فليه بنبخل على بعض بيها؟
بس ده خلاني اخد بالي من حاجة ان اللي مقدرش المجهود وقت التصميم مش هيقدر المجهود وقت التنفيذ... لو ولعت صوابعك شمع لان اللي الشكر مش في طبعه عمره ما هيعرف يقدر حد... هيقول ما انا دافع وبفلوسي... طب على فكرة انا بقول للعسكري بتاع الكارتة شكرا انه بيفتحلي وبيعديني حتى لو بدفع فلوس... هي مالهاش علاقة... الشكر انعكاس لاخلاقك وتقديرك للناس واحساسك بيهم.... ممكن تاخد خدمة بمقابل وبرده تشكر الناس على فكرة... ده خلى سقف طموحي في نوعية العملاء اللي نفسي تجيلي يعلى قوي.. نفسي ميجيليش غير عملاء بيقدروا الشغل اللي على الورق قبل حتى ما يبقى حقيقة
