Design isn't just about how a room looks; it's about how it feels under your fingertips and how it captures the light at 5:00 PM. For our latest coastal concept, we’re moving away from generic beach decor and leaning into Organic Permanence.

The Palette:

Sun-baked Terracotta & Pale Sand: Grounding the space in earthy warmth.

Aegean Blue & Seafoam: A nod to the horizon, used in rhythmic accents.

Limewash White: For that soft, chalky texture that breathes in the summer heat.

The Materials:
We’ve paired the "imperfections" of hand-woven macramé and olive branches with the high-end precision of polished marble and brushed brass. It’s a dialogue between heritage and modern luxury.

Transition spaces shouldn't be boring.
From a boutique coffee station to a digital art gallery, this Palm Hills landing is doing the absolute most.

We used warm oak slats, vertical lighting, and curated art to make sure not a single inch of this villa went to waste.

Don’t let your square footage go to waste. 🛋️✨

In many luxury villas, the first-floor landing is just a bridge between bedrooms. But in this Palm Hills project, we decided the "hallway" should be a destination of its own.

The Transformation:

The Second Living Room: We anchored the space with a deep charcoal velvet sofa, creating a cozy corner for late-night reading or morning coffee without going downstairs.

The Digital Gallery: That’s not just a painting. We integrated The Frame TV to turn a blank wall into a rotating art gallery, ensuring the space feels cultured even when the screen is off.

The Hidden Utility: Notice the custom-slatted cabinetry? It’s not just for show. We’ve integrated hidden storage and a sleek coffee station to make this landing a self-sufficient hub.

For this master ensuite, Takween Design House engineered a private sanctuary. We moved away from sterile whites and grounded the space in earthy, organic luxury. Notice the synergy: the dramatic movement of the natural stone walls is perfectly balanced by the structured warmth of the chevron-patterned wood door. The floating stone vanity and frameless glass shower create an uninterrupted, breathable flow.

Your closet should feel like a reward, not a scavenger hunt. 🤎

That morning scramble—moving things aside, losing the light, forgetting you even owned something—it's a small frustration, but it adds up. And it usually sets the tone for everything that follows.

This dressing room was designed around a simple idea: the pieces you reach for daily live behind clean matte panels, easy and quiet. The ones worth displaying—the bag from that trip, the jacket you saved for—get tinted glass and proper light. The way a good boutique would treat them.

That's the balance we were after at Takween. Organization that doesn't announce itself, and display that actually does justice to what you've collected.

There's something about getting the light right in a bedroom that changes everything else.

This master suite took a few tries to land — we kept adjusting the oak tones until they stopped competing with the wall palette and just... settled. The glass-front wardrobes were a bit of a gamble (they only work if you're actually organized, which is a fair ask), but once everything clicked, the room started feeling like somewhere you'd actually want to be at 7am, not just at midnight.

Soft textures, intentional light, enough breathing room that nothing feels cluttered. That was the brief, and I think we got close.
