An Architect/Interior Designer is needed for a reputable architectural design and build firm –Full Time Job
Main job duties include:
Conceptualize and sketch design plans according to client design objectives and achieve optimum space utilization in regards to space, light, ventilation and lifestyle requirements
Create presentable mood boards to sample design vision and considering materials according to project direction and budget
Design and visualize interior and exterior spaces using 3d modelling and rendering software with efficiency and ease
Execute technical architectural, electrical, plumbing and coordination drawings with accuracy and detail according to design
Cooperate and coordinate with construction team in material and product sourcing, and answering site RFIs and site visits if needed.
Job Requirements:
2-5 years’ Experience
Proficiency in 3dsMax (Vray or Corona) and AutoCAD is a MUST
Portfolio or sample of work to be submitted
Lumion, Sketchup, Revit proficiency is a plus
Fluent Writing and Conversational English
Well updated with international architectural and interior design trends and advancements
Well updated with products and materials available in the Egyptian market as well as building codes and regulations
Communication, presentation and time management skills
Positive attitude, ability think creatively about use of space, color and movement
A background or interest in graphic design is a plus
